The working principle of warehousing logistics mainly includes four main links: warehousing, storage, outbound and inventory management. ‌

Warehousing process
‌Goods receiving‌: When goods need to be put into the warehouse, the operator will enter the name and quantity of the goods in the system. The system will automatically query the order quantity. If the order quantity is greater than the existing inventory, the system will issue an alarm prompt; if the order quantity is not greater than the inventory, the system will send the warehouse operation task sheet to the warehouse computer and print the warehouse receipt.
‌Goods scanning confirmation‌: The system controls the barcode scanning device to scan the goods to confirm whether the goods match the task sheet. If they match, the system will instruct the stacker to store the goods in the designated cargo location; if they do not match, the system will issue an alarm signal to prompt the operator to check or adjust.
Storage operation
After the goods are stored, the warehouse management system will record the specific location of the goods. The stacker can store the goods in the most optimized location according to the instructions of the system to improve storage efficiency and space utilization.
